Is there a Solo Free plan?
Yes. New workspaces start on Solo Free with one active transaction, unlimited contacts, 1 GB storage, and starter monthly usage.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual is billed annually and saves roughly 20%. Monthly is billed month to month.
Can I cancel?
Any time. No cancellation fee. Your workspace stays read-only for 60 days while you decide what to export.
Can I try Solo Pro or Team?
Yes. Start on Solo Free, then open Billing when you are ready to upgrade to Solo Pro or Team, or buy an add-on pack.
Can I export my data?
Yes — JSON for structured records, PDF for documents, mbox for mail. Self-serve from settings, any time.
Are email or SMS limited?
Email runs through connected mailboxes under fair use. SMS is available as an add-on with workspace volume, carrier fees, and compliance requirements.
Multi-state agent — does each license count separately?
No. One agent equals one seat, regardless of how many state licenses are attached.
What if my seat count changes mid-period?
Pro-rated automatically. Add a seat at noon, you're billed from noon. Annual cohorts reconcile at renewal.
Do you support larger teams?
Yes. Brokerage adds SSO, advanced roles, MLS setup, custom limits, and broker-led rollout support.
